To subscribe to the newsletter, go to the bottom of the home page, then simply enter your email to subscribe!
When you receive a newsletter from Jogging, just click on "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the page.

An invoice will automatically be sent by e-mail and a copy will be attached to your order.

We accept payment by credit card: CB, Visa, Mastercard Paypal and Apple Pay.

If your package has not been delivered within the time limit, you can inform us by e-mail at eshop@joggingjogging.com. We will then investigate and inform you of the result by e-mail. The final response from our transport partner can vary from 1 to 3 weeks.
In the case of a lost product, and if there is no stock available for a second shipment, the goods will be refunded.

If the box is damaged, torn or opened upon delivery, it is mandatory to check the good condition of the order in the presence of the deliveryman. If the goods are damaged or missing, you must refuse the package and write appropriate and detailed reservations on the delivery note (open/damaged package/missing goods, refused shipment).
Jogging cannot be held responsible if appropriate and detailed reservations have not been made.
