Products purchased on www.joggingjogging.com are sold directly by SARL JOGGING (referred to as Jogging), whose registered office is located at 103 Rue Paradis 13006 Marseille France. Jogging is a company registered with the Marseille Commercial Court under RCS number 807 537 774 and intra-EEC VAT number FR 19807537774.
Jogging sells products on its website www.joggingjogging.com.
It sells its products exclusively to end consumers and reserves the right not to sell to professionals.
The final consumer must be a natural person, in full capacity.

1. PRICES
All our prices are expressed in Euros and include all taxes but exclude any shipping costs. All orders must be paid for in Euros.

If the order is shipped outside the EEC, the customer will be the importer. All applicable duties and taxes will be paid not by Jogging but by the final importer.

Jogging reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced at the time the order is registered, subject to availability.
Ownership of the goods is not transferred to the customer until full payment has been received by Jogging. However, the transfer of risks does not take place until the goods are delivered to the customer.
Jogging reserves the right not to register an order or make a delivery if the customer has not paid in full or in part for a previous order or if a payment dispute is being administered.
2. ORDER

When placing your order, you will be asked to provide full details of your surname, first name, telephone number, full address, email address, billing address and shipping address.
Once completed and sent, your order will be forwarded for preparation.

A summary of your order will be sent to you by post. It will indicate the name of the items purchased, the quantity, the price and the amount of shipping costs.
You can open an account to record all the billing and shipping information for another order. You will be asked to create your own password for future use of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your confidential password, which must never be disclosed to third parties.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All our products are available while stocks last. Errors may occur in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by different customers. If a product is unavailable after your order has been sent, Jogging will inform you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.
4. DELIVERY
Products are sent to the address indicated by the purchaser at the time of ordering.
Delivery costs depend on the geographical area and the delivery method chosen.
The rates indicated on the www.joggingjogging.com website are indicative. Jogging cannot be held responsible for any changes in the rules and rates applied by the carrier.
Delivery times vary according to the service chosen and the geographical area. Jogging cannot be held responsible for any delays due to clearing procedures or any other payment process.
For each shipment, Jogging will send you a tracking number that you can use at any time on the carrier's website.
You can also collect your order from the shop after being informed by post that your order is ready.
Any delay of more than 8 days must be reported by post to Jogging at eshop@joggingjogging.com.
On delivery, you must check that the parcel is in good condition. In the event of apparent damage (torn, open box, ....) you must write clearly and precisely on the delivery note all relevant information and sign.
The same information must be sent to Jogging within 48 hours at the following address: eshop@joggingjogging.com.
If the box is open or torn, you must check the contents in the presence of the delivery person and immediately indicate any reservations on the delivery note.
If the goods are damaged, you must refuse the shipment and note this on the delivery note (goods refused because box open or damaged).
If the goods are not received within 30 days, the order may be cancelled at the buyer's request.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXCHANGE AND RETURN
Jogging strives to offer high quality products. Despite this, if you are not satisfied with the product, you may return the order within 14 days of receipt.
Jogging will exchange the product (subject to stock availability) or refund your money.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the original label and a copy of the invoice to the head office: Jogging, 103 Rue Paradis, 13006, Marseille.
Return postage will be paid by the buyer. No exchanges on sale items.
If the return is made in accordance with the above instructions, and no exchange is requested, Jogging will do its utmost to refund the value of the returned goods within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods at Jogging.
The buyer may also return the merchandise directly to the Jogging shop at the following address Jogging, 103 Rue Paradis, 13006, Marseille.
Goods returned damaged or incomplete will not be accepted by Jogging and will be returned to the purchaser at their expense.
The following goods will not be returned, exchanged or refunded: Cosmetic products and products on sale or promotion.

10. LEGAL GUARANTEES
In addition to any commercial warranty that may be granted by Jogging to the customer, the buyer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity provided for in articles L.211-4 to L.211-13 of the French Consumer Code and the warranty against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code.
11. DISPUTES
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
Each paragraph or article is autonomous. If a court decides that a paragraph or article cannot be applied, executed or is illegal, the other paragraphs or articles will remain in force.
12. BOOKING SAMENA
General terms and conditions of sale:
Rentals are for two people and for a minimum of two nights, the rental provides bed linen and towels.

4. to return the furniture and furnishings to the place they occupied when he/she entered; he/she will be held responsible for any damage caused by his/her inattention.
5. to take out insurance against rental risks such as theft, fire and water damage.
6. dogs or other animals are not permitted.
7. it is forbidden to use the premises for a birthday party or wedding.
8. it is strictly forbidden to use the premises for the promotion of a brand, a website or a social network account. In such cases, the lessor may demand a fee of up to €10,000.
9. the hirer is responsible in all circumstances for any damage occurring during his/her stay and under no circumstances can the lessor be held responsible for any circumstances that may result in the death of a hirer.
10. loss of keys will be invoiced at 50 euros by the lessor.
11. In the event of cancellation, the lessor undertakes to reimburse the lessee in full if the latter informs the lessor one month before the date of arrival. 50% of the rental amount if the lessee informs the lessor two weeks before the date of arrival, after which time any cancellation will be considered lost.
