Trained as a cook and master pastry chef, Lilly Gratzfeld worked in several restaurants in Germany and Paris before becoming a travelling chef in France and abroad.
Her cuisine is inspired by her diverse origins and cultural influences (Eastern Europe, Middle East and Asia), with a particular focus on fermentation and ancestral preservation methods (smoking, salting...).
Lilly will take over the kitchen of Jogging Epicerie from February 1st.
She will offer you a unique menu each day, as well as a takeaway, made from local and sustainable products.
